Winter season staff, 2026 – 27.

Chill is a ski and snowboard rental shop at the top of Chair #1 at Madarao Mountain Resort. We hire a small team every winter from mid-December to late March, with a season pass included and the lift right outside the door, so plenty of riding comes with the job. We're hiring for:

• Rental assistantsFitting guests for boots, skis, and boards, and looking after bookings at the counter.
• Ski / snowboard techniciansBinding fittings and adjustments, waxing, tuning, and repairs.
• Ski / snowboard instructorsGroup and private lessons through the shop. A current teaching certification is required.

Outside of instructing, experience is not always required. A good attitude, a solid work ethic, and common sense count for more, and we can train the right person.

• You must be able to legally work in Japan, whether on a Japanese passport, a working holiday visa, or another valid working visa.
• Good working English. Japanese is a big plus at the counter.
• Availability from December to March. We give preference to full-season applicants.
